Lateness/Lockouts

Our cleaning specialists will wait up to 15 minutes during lockouts. After this time, a no-show cancellation will be applied, and either a loss of deposit or a $50 lockout charge will be incurred.

To prevent lockouts, we kindly request that clients provide a keyless entry code if available.
DEPOSITS

Clients are required to make a 60% downpayment upon booking.

Deposits will be forfeited if services are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date.

We allow up to one reschedule with a loss of $50 (our cancellation fee), and the remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of agreeing to a reschedule.
Cancellations

A $50 fee will be charged for any cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled date of service.
Late Payments

Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service.

Any payment made more than 3 days post-cleaning will incur a late fee of 10% of the total balance owing.

In case of recurring late payments, we may request payment before our arrival for future services.
